Safe space during our educational group events

- Safe and relaxed environment/atmosphere is one of the most important factors for learning and wellbeing.

- Relax. We will discuss the group rules throughout the whole meeting session.

- Respect the physical integrity of your co-participant.

- Verbal or non-verbal violence offences&harassment, confusion, or negative stereotypical generalisations whether visual (texts, pictures) or in audio sound are not allowed. Please correct your self when you become aware of your mistakes through help from reminders.

- Sometimes connotations to (individual or group) discrimination (e.g. age group or ethnic generalisations) occur by mistake, or out of specific thought pattern, for all of us. We can avoid confused feelings, misunderstandings or misinterpretations as "friendly cultural interpretations" of team members contributing with semantic corrections when necessary.

- Our educational spaces are not networking nor marketing places. Please avoid names. We organise networking social events separately upon request.

- In our workshop sessions (=not private sessions): Talk only about your own experiences, NOT on behalf of the whole group (we, you, she, her, it) inside or outside the (web+) space if it is not agreed.

Personal data protection

- Pro-Bro only use your personal data for administrative (billing) purposes. Data collected for communication, name telephone number and email address.

- Particpants nor employers of Pro-Bro must not post anything about our sessions or meetings on social media without everyones consent.

- Respect the anonymity of sensitive information (no time limit).

- The stories or experiences you share from our group must not include group members personal information. (In storytelling, please refer to: "someone I used to know", "my friend of a friend", or "my acquaintance").

- Recording is not allowed in our meetings.

*Clarifications, reminders and some definitions

- Job/ work here refers to all kinds of work in a broader sense, both paid, voluntary as well as private chores for own being.

- Prejudism refers to generalising own negative experience of perceived interaction with individuals on social media or on-site as concerning the whole group of what the person seemingly represent. On a general level, it refers to drawing conclusions that connect certain situational (negative and positive) behaviours only to biased identity groups.

- Identity refers to perceived overlapping layers of different group belongings out of life long self realisation. This is always subjective and subject to change, just like our language skills. Therefore it is not fair to assume or tell how the other person should perceive own self-identity. We can only make recommendations that we have learned from large scale research made within social sciences.

- Development Education (DE) is an educational approach that aims to raise awareness and understanding of global development issues, such as poverty, inequality, and sustainability. It encourages critical thinking and active engagement in addressing these challenges. DE is often integrated into school curricula, higher education, and community programs to foster a sense of global citizenship and social responsibility. This is more linked to Development cooperation which refers to partnerships and direct efforts between organizations, governments, or countries to promote economic, social, and political development in less developed regions or communities.

- "Mixed" in our product descriptions = all genders&sex in accordance to the definitions of LGBTQ+
